1.How do I get to Nappokao Thai Spa ?
We are Located within two minute walk from Wembley Park Station. Bus no. 83,182,206,223,245 & 297(24 hrs) comes to Wembley Park.
2.How do I make a booking?
All appointments are book on phone, please call on 0203 188 1067 between working hours.
3.What time I should arrive for my treatment?
We recommend that you should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
4.Do I need advance booking?
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time, prefeered room and preferred therapist is available.
5.Is Parking available ?
From 0930 am free parking is available on our road all the days. Except on event day only two hour free parking availabel on our roads. Ninety minute free parking is available at LIDL near McDonalds. We have also private parking and is free if you book for two more hour of service otherwise at charge of £5.00, Please confirm availability before you drive in.
6.How should I prepare for my massage treatment?
Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before, and avoid eating a big meal immediately before your massage. After massage drink plenty of water and rest.
7.Will I need to provide my medical history?
All first time visitors are asked to complete a short questionnaire covering medical history. This allow us to best tailor your treatment to your needs.
8.What is the dress code when receiving a body massage?
In most of our treatments we use oil. This can be aromatic or odour-less (your choice). You should remove clothing to a level with which you are comfortable. You are encouraged to leave your underwear on. In any case, you’ll be covered at all times with a towel from upper thigh to waist.
9.Do I have to undress in front of my therapist?

11.Can I come with my friends or partner ?
You are most welcome to come with your friends or Partner, You can enjoy our luxury double room with your family and firends, We also take group booking for special occassion in your life.
12.Can I bring my own towels and oil.
Yes, you can bring oil of your choice and we want you to be ease at all time.
13.Can I bath after treatment ?
We request all our guests to come after bath for better experence, When you are coming from work or Gym you can bath before as well as afterwords on a charge of £5.00 if you have book for one hour and if you have booked for more than one hour than it is free.
14.Do you provide home visit?
No,we dont provide home visit.
15.Can I ask credit ?
We want to papmer our guest but some time if you dont have money or short of service payment, We respect you and you can settle your payment in your next visit, We want to run this place as family place where you like to visit and feel welcome and comfortable.
16.Do you take party bookings?
Yes, We do provide party booking, Such as Hen do , wedding anniversary, etc in our family room for more details please call us.
17.Do you have male therapist?
Yes, We have male therapist on Friday, Saturday & Sunday and other days you hve to book in advance.
18.Are your therapist are adequately trianed and experienced?
We appoint therapist who have

19.Is your place safe for my valubles?
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of your valuable jewelry. Please keep all valuable in a safe place.
20.Is your place clean and hygiene?
We keep upmost care of cleanliness and hygiene, We have kept staff kitchen, toilets and rest room separate from work place, We keep clean our rooms with disinfectant every day. We provide clean towels and othe items to our customers.
21.What is your cancellation policy?
When you make a reservation, we make sure that a room is prepared and a therapist of your choice is available. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can , We are flexible in this area and will not charge you for cancelation, we respect urgentness of our valued customers.
22.Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes and we design gift voucher of your choice as a perfect gift for your love ones.
23.Can I ask therapist for applying low or high pressure?
On your first visit as well as whenever a change in you health our therapist will ask you to fill a Health Consultation Form, so our therapists have all the necessary medical information they need to carry out a massage. After that, they will ask you questions about what sort of massage you would like and if any specific areas require special attention or should be avoided.
24.Is your spa have special need persons requirements?
We welcome every one in our spa, we are based on high street and take bokings from special need persons and following are facilities available for special need people at our spa.
- easy-access motor operateed treatment beds which can be lowered and raised as required.
- ramps-not requires as we are on highs street and from footpath special need vehicle cum chair can enter in our doors.
- lifts between floors – not required as all our facilities on ground floor.
- pool hoists -not available.
- well-trained staff and adaptable therapists.
25.I am allergic to some type of oil or other items?
You are advised to bring your own towel, slippers, oil, or any other item of bath if you want to take a bath, if you need some special arrangement than please tell us in advance so we can we prepare for you, We take very seriously personal well being of our guest and want to pamper you from available our resources and skill.
26. Refund Policy If you are not happy with services than you can request in 15 minutes to cancel services and full refund will be given. If you continued more than 15 minutes than no refund will be given.
27.Do you offer sexual services?
Absolutely not. Our services are entirely therapeutic and non-sexual.We want to give safe enviornmet to our staff as well as our guests, (Muslim sisters are welcome, Our services are Halal and we don’t do haram work).
